Cross linked polyacrylamide microspheres have properties such as water absorption, retention, and swelling.The emulsifier adopts a German Bergmann double end mechanical seal, which can operate continuously for 24 hours while ensuring cooling water. However, it is difficult for ordinary emulsifiers to operate continuously for a long time, and ordinary emulsifiers cannot withstand high-speed operation. It can handle large quantities, operate more smoothly, and is more convenient, suitable for industrial online continuous production. The particle size distribution range is narrow, the dispersion effect is good, and there are no dead corners. The material is cut through dispersion.

At present, polymer microspheres are mainly obtained by physical and chemical methods. Chemical methods mainly include dispersion polymerization, seed polymerization, suspension polymerization, lotion polymerization, etc. However, currently these chemical methods inevitably require the use of a large amount of emulsifiers and organic solvents in the preparation process, resulting in increased production costs and significant environmental pressure.

The pipeline type ultra-high shear emulsifier consists of 1-3 working chambers. Under the high-speed drive of the motor, the material moves at high speed in the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, forming turbulent flow. The material is subjected to stronger hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting, impact, and grinding, achieving the effects of dispersion, emulsification, and crushing. The particle size distribution range, homogenization and refinement effects, and yield are determined by the physical properties of the processed material, the number of working chambers, and the duration of material residence in the working chamber. High rotational speed and shear rate are crucial for obtaining ultrafine suspensions. According to some industry specific requirements, Xide Company has developed the XRS2000 ultra high speed shear dispersing emulsifier based on the XR2000 series. Its shear rate can exceed 10.000 rpm, and the rotor speed can reach 40m/s. Within this speed range, turbulence caused by shear forces combined with specially developed motors can reduce the particle size range to the nanometer level.
